Three renowned Chickasaw artists, Jerod Tate, Linda Hogan and Margaret Roach Wheeler, will help bring Chickasaw culture to life with this performance of music, dance and drama sharing the history and heritage of the Chickasaw people. The Toasters have been around since 1981 and have undertaken their 28th Year Anniversary Tour in 2008 Formed on the Lower East Side of Manhattan they traded punches with the best of them at the legendary CBGB's Club (RIP) on the Bowery. Alongside bands like Fishbone they helped engineer the American ska craze in the 80s and 90s. Since that time they have continued to provide an international benchmark for the genre whilst never losing sight of where they cam from. 2009 will see them undertaking yet another world tour. 28 years, 5000 live concerts, 16 albums, a million miles.
